Mounts beside the door and frees up the ceiling. Great for high ceilings and storage racks.
California law requires a battery backup on new openers, so the door still works when the power is out.
Repair or Replace?
If your opener is under ten years old, a new gear, logic board, sensor or remote usually brings it back. Older units without rolling-code security or battery backup are often worth replacing, especially when the repair would cost close to a new one.
We give you both prices so you can decide, and we never install an opener on a door that is out of balance; we fix the door first so the new opener lasts.

Usually the safety sensors near the floor are blocked, dirty or out of alignment. It can also be a close-force setting or a door that is binding. We check both.

Many recent openers have Wi-Fi built in. For older ones we can add a compatible smart hub, or install a new Wi-Fi model.
Yes. California requires battery backup on newly installed residential openers, and every opener we install meets that rule.
Field crews run 24 hours Sunday through Thursday and until 2 PM on Friday. There is no field service on Saturday, but you can still call to book.
