Do Not Force It
An off-track door is under spring tension and can twist or fall if you push it or keep running the opener. Unplug the opener, keep people clear and call. We unload the tension, walk the door back into the track, replace what bent or broke and test the full travel.

We do not recommend it. The door is under spring tension and can shift suddenly. Unplug the opener and call.
Usually not. Most off-track doors need rollers, a section of track or a cable, not a new door.
Upgrade to sealed nylon rollers, keep the tracks clear and have the opener force checked. We do all three.
Field crews run 24 hours Sunday through Thursday and until 2 PM on Friday. There is no field service on Saturday, but you can still call to book.
